High School Teams
LKY will offer JV and Varsity Boys’ Soccer Teams for the 2026 fall season.
TRYOUTS
Tryouts will take place on Fri 6/19/26 from 7:15 – 8:30 PM & Sat 6/20/26 from 10 – 11:15 am at Farmdale Baptist Church. Register here. Tryout fee is $10.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Practices will be held 2 weekday evenings/week and select Saturday mornings. Once games begin practice times will be fluid. Games begin in Aug and go through our end of the season tournament Oct 23-24. Games are mostly on weekday evenings with occasional Saturday games. There will be no practices or games on Wed evenings or on Sundays.
COST
In 2025 the cost was $380 per athlete. Prices subject to change for 2026.
UNIFORMS
Uniforms are included in the cost of the season. Players who already have a uniform will receive a discount on season dues.

LKY will offer two middle school co-ed soccer teams for the 2026 fall season for 5th – 8th grade athletes.

Elementary School Teams
LKY will offer two elementary school co-ed soccer teams for the 2026 fall season for 1st – 4th grade athletes (up to 10 years old). Practices begin July 21. Registration will open mid-June.

Ian Lawrence
Program Director
Ian Lawrence is the program director for LKY soccer, overseeing the coaching, strategy, and facilities for the program. Over the last several years Ian has coached LKY at the middle school and high school level and is pleased to move into a supporting role aimed at growing the overall program. A lifelong soccer player and enthusiast, Ian is passionate about player development – ensuring that players are encouraged to enjoy the game, grow in their abilities, and be challenged to pursue character development through playing. He and his wife Megan have been married for more than 20 years and live in Louisville with their four children, Cohen, Isaac, Luke, and Josie.
Jayden Frazier
Varsity Head Coach
Jayden Frazier has been named the Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at LKY, following two seasons as an assistant coach for both the Varsity and JV teams. A Louisville native, Jayden brings years of soccer playing experience at both the local club level with Javanon and the collegiate level, where he played four years at Cedarville University. Jayden is passionate about integrating coaching with Christian discipleship and character development. Outside of soccer, he is heavily involved in creative media, enjoying photography, videography, and drone technology. He also serves on the media team at his local church. Jayden is excited to partner with LKY’s faith-based culture and invest in the next generation of student-athletes.
